Electric Vehicle Accelerated Development Project
My car is nearest one,I have used this point a few times now as I only live 100 yards away so is really convenient. I hope that charging here might show the public that evs are really being used. Have had lots of interaction with interested passer-bys - mostly good but some negative. Thinking about printing a FAQ on Nissan leaf and evs! So far the car is excellent, took it to battlesteads hotel in Wark for Sunday lunch, they have a charge point there. Richard the owner was delighted to have his first real customer, and the food is great value and excellent quality. Richard is waiting for a peugot from switchev next month. Today I called at metro centre and also found a switchev leaf at charge point in green car park. I tried the fast charger, no problems, didn't seem to need the charge your car swipe card for it. Has anyone got any local charge points on leaf wings navigation system, I only have charge points in London, none in north east apart from ones I have used which are saved once used in sat nav. Love the email sent from car once charged up!
